It's funny how our viewpoints are so different regards 3D. Who here plans to see RE:R 3D in theaters? The 3D will hopefully step it up to the level of the 3D in the action scenes, and let that trickle into the dialog shots. It highlighted a lot about the story and characters that I haven't seen yet, and at the end mentions in 3D as Alice flings a cross blade at the screen. They just showed a new RE:R commercial on NBC during the show Grimm. A collectible issue, but pricey at 9.99$, on newstands now (August 12, 2012) Paranorman 3D also featured in 3D in there. It's actually the movie that convinced me to buy a 3DTV being a zombie/action fan, plus the 3D was really good.įangoria 3D Feature: The horror magazine has a many page analgyph 3D feature on this movie, plus a bunch of other features in red/cyan 3D, which I checked out, though Anaglyph 3D is only so good compared to stereo 3D. RE:A3D had a fast turn around to Blu Ray 3D late 2010 and was one of the first blu ray 3D's I bought before I bought a 3DTV.
Resident Evil Retribution 3D, the sequel to RE: Afterlife 3D, is a pretty big film for 3D action fans, and has a theatrical release this September 2012, and like RE:A3D in 2010, will hopefully be on Blu Ray 3D by December 27th or so, this year.
